They come quarterly for maintenance and I feel safe we won’t be without AC in south Florida weather. Dispatch and customer service is efficient and professional. David who usually answers the phones always does exactly what he says he will do. All the technicians we have encountered have been knowledgeable, respectful and courteous of our time.
