Sean Daly, CEO
Sean Daly is a 2X entrepreneur with a passion for building successful companies. Sean is Founder and CEO of Seacap HQ, which he leveraged to acquire Ice C Cool Mechanical (now Air Nifty) Before Seacap, Sean was the CEO of One Real Title, the dedicated national title insurance provider to The Real Brokerage Inc. (NASDAQ: REAX). Prior to The Real Brokerage Inc., Sean was Founder and CEO of Expetitle, Inc, a fast-growing multi-state tech-powered title company which was acquired by The Real Brokerage Inc. in January 2022.
Sean has worked at different startup and VC-backed companies in New York City, including Glia Technologies, where he spent four years. At Glia, now a $1B tech unicorn, Sean was one of the first employees and the first business development hire. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, where he played Varsity tennis.
